Twin is a closed, invite-only app for people who already know each other. If something isn't working, or you have a question, write to us:
How do I join? You need an invite code from someone at Twin. Sign up with your real name and phone number; friends find you by searching your full name.
I have a new phone. Use the recovery key you saved when you signed up; it moves your account across even without your old number. If you've lost it, make a new one on your old phone in Settings → Recovery key.
How do I report or block someone? Touch and hold their message, post or reply and choose Report. You can block them in the same step, and see who you've blocked in Settings → Blocked. Reports are sealed so that only Twin's owner can read them.
How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete account. It removes everything the server holds for you straight away.
